Phil Elaigwu is the Project Manager at Innovative Concepts Cyber Security Enterprise.  He got his start in design screen-printing t-shirts. After a couple of years of printing other people’s designs, he started creating his own. He loved it so much that he decided to get his BFA in graphic design from the Art Institute of Seattle. He then segued from print into web and interactive design, collaborating with other designers, illustrators, developers, and clients to create custom responsive websites.
